We talk of Week 8 of the Stress Reduction through Mindfulness Course as being a beginning rather than an ending. However, it can be difficult to remain motivated when you are practising on your own without the support you have got use to on the 8-week course.
For those who have signed up for the Meditation Maintenance: A Follow-On Course, I have put together a 'Graduate Resources' centre of material that I hope you will find helpful.
This support resource is available to participants for the duration of the Follow-on Course.
- Handouts in pdf format which you can download with ideas about ways to support, maintain and develop your practice
- mp3 files you can download with some meditation practices to try
All of these graduate resources are included in the course fee.
